Went here and was told if there was anything that I didn't like to let her know. Well every single time I went to get gel nails they were lumpy bumpy and horrid looking. I figured give some time to adjust to new nail tech. Last time I went, the next day my gel started chipping. So Nina said she'd fix them. After she fixed them they still looked like a 10 yr old did them. I realized she was using very cheap gel. When I let her know I was unhappy instead of dealing with it like a professional, she told me to go get them taken off elsewhere. I had called to see if anyone had experience with extremely long hair. Spoke to the owner. When I asked how the shampoo processing would be done she scoffed and said "I've been doing this for 40 years so I know not to scrub the ends". After that there was dead air. Thinking the call had been dropped I called back immediately expecting her to pick up. But no one picked up thus leading me to believe the owner had hung up on me because she didn't like being questioned. Can't find good help anywhere. It's amazing to me with the economy and the collapse of America that people are this ignorant to potential customers.
