The night before an early morning closing we ran into an obstacle with insurance funding that could have severely complicated everything at the last minute. Jordan was a tremendous help and a key factor to keeping things together. He helped us after hours and made several calls and put necessary paperwork together with an attitude and and energy that was so positive, helpful, and kind that it brought up the morale of the rest of us in the situation. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I’m extremely grateful for it. Left such a good impression on me and I won’t hesitate to use/recommend RTC in the future because of Jordan’s representation. My client was also very happy with the work, timing and quality of the roof job itself.
