He was patient and ready to answer all my questions without interrupting. In the end and after a home visit my refrigerator needed a new condenser. Ed explained that the cost of the repair wasn’t worth the $1,700 fix for my appliance and advised me to replace it. Because he didn’t fix my refrigerator he wouldn’t accept payment. He could have gleefully replaced the condenser and charged me but gave his honest professional opinion and went without the business. I’ll be returning when I break something else!“
