I can not rave enough about this incredible gem here on the western slope. The staff, Liz, and services are so completely amazing! Absolutely, hands down, the best massage experience I have EVER had…..and I have been getting massages for 40 years. The comprehensive whole body, mind, spirit knowledge is incredible and the results from just three bodywork sessions has been profound. Wellspring Vitality is a game changer and you will thank yourself for doing some self love! Truly, truly, amazing! ??

Why Wellspring Vitality? I have been to several many wellness spas/clinics and this is by far THE BEST! I have been suffering through Long Haul Covid and have tried several many treatments to feel better and it was not till I landed here, at Wellspring Vitality, that I have improved. Not like, "Oh, I think it's helping...." but, "I am finally getting my life back!" The Live 02, salt room, and neurofeedback are absolutely healing me. Liz and her staff are knowledgable and caring.
