JM did a solar hot water heater for my house now it's not working and they did not even have the decency to return my call when I called to get it fixed. I found out from another source that they don't do anything but new builds anymore. I wouldn't recommend them for ANYONE!!!!

My elderly parents got charged 2 "service calls" ($100 each time) for one job in which the plumber had to come back two days later because he didn't have the right tool to do the job. He also charged $15 for a "travel fee" from Hotchkiss to Paonia. And $15 for a simple gasket, and then told them he "did the best he could" and that they need to replace all the pipes behind the shower enclosure to completely fix the leak. The shower is still leaking from the cold side, but he said he fixed a gasket on the hot side. It was leaking from both the cold and the hot. So they paid over $200 and the shower is still leaking. I would not recommend this company.
