Walmart Vision & Glasses

GREAT experience with Dr John and his team, including the eye glass center technicians, this evening. Dr. John took all the time needed to explain everything and made sure I understood everything. He actually recommended THE LEAST EXPENSIVE option for glasses - no "upselling" whatsoever!! I look forward to getting my glasses and enjoy reading again!!

Most of the staff there is great, the doctor and the technician were super nice, but I was put off by the woman who took care of my glasses. She sat in silence for a few minutes staring off into the distance without telling me why. It seemed like I annoyed her when I asked what we were waiting on. Oh well, I got my glasses

I had a surprisingly pleasant experience at my eye exam today. Doctor John was friendly and knowledgeable. . . didn't mind my many questions at all. The young ladies that helped me pick out my frames were so sweet and helpful.
