Joanne did my mothers nails last time she went into this location and this was the uncovered result of that nail appointment. It looks like an absolute horror story. This is what happens when the nail techs don't properly clean the nails underneath. Do better. This is NOT okay. I stopped going a while ago because the quality had gone down hill and this only confirms that I made the right choice to stop going.
The worst experience in a nail salon I have ever had. Nothing about the atmosphere was relaxing, Christian rock was blaring and the 3 tv were all on Fox News featuring the war in the Ukraine. It was clean but over all the inside was old and dingy. My shellac manicure by Jacob was rushed and sloppy because he was too busy watching tv on his phone to pay attention. The final straw during my pedicure was when they started running the vacuum. I tried to ignore it and thought maybe it's just a quick clean up, but no. At that point I got out my chair and requested to be rung up. I'm not picky or wanting to be treated like royalty, however customers should be shown common courtesy. I will never step foot in this establishment and I recommend anyone else looking for a quality mani/pedi to find anywhere else.
I went for dipping powder and the technician didn't really know the process of layers and failed to grind down the powdered nail to look normal because it was too tall. She also didn't file my nails evenly. She also used an open superglue kit to close a scratch on my hand. She didn't use a q-tip, she just applied the open container on my skin. On top of all of this, she coughed terribly and kept scratching her hip. It was so bizarre.
