“I just wanted to say that I love Glo so far. I like that they have a variety of different services, memberships and lotions to choose from. The girls are friendly and welcoming.I had one issue with them in regards to my membership payment. It was resolved by Heather immediately. If you don't know Heather, she has the most professional, out of this world, customer service. She literally made my year, day, etc...she corrected a mistake made by Glo, but what I noticed is I received her call RIGHT AWAY. There was absolutely no wait time. If I didn't get a call or email and the issue wasn't resolved, I probably would have cancelled.THANK YOU HEATHER- I wasn't expecting such a wonderful surprise. Glo is extremely lucky to have her!“
