Austyn is an absolute gem! I went in for a consultation for a microblade session. During my consult i showed Austyn pictures of how i usually do my brows with make-up, and instead of trying to sell into micro blading she was extremely honest and genuine that, as her professional opinion, i would not love the results of micro blading. She recommended me to a Powder Brow artist, saying that i may be more satisfied with the end results of that procedure. Austyn is the best esthetician I've been to in years. I followed her from her last salon because I don't trust anyone else to take care of my brows. She's very personable and caters to my individual needs which is very refreshing from previous salons I've gone to. I'm very protective of my brows so I'm glad I found someone I can trust who makes the waxing process quick and pain free to keep my caterpillars under control!

I cannot say enough good things about Symmetry Skin Studio and Austyn - treat yourself to an experience here and you will have no regrets. I have recently seen Austyn for dermaplaning and a facial at Symmetry Skin Studio and have been getting product from her for years. Austyn is a service specialist. In no way have I ever felt pressured to make a decision or buy anything from her but rather feel educated and empowered to make the choices I feel would be best for my skin. She offers guidance and knowledge, is honest and cares. For my first experience with dermaplaning, she confidently walked me through the process and put any nerves I had to rest. She was clean, meticulous, thorough yet gentle and efficient. As for the facial goes, it was by far the best facial I have ever received. Austyn took her time and I swear has hands of an angel and delivered heaven straight to my face. Austyn is engaging, kind, and interactive but is also respectful and quiet creating the perfect environment for self care.
