Hormone therapy clinic, gym and recovery facility all in one! Highly recommend, new location. Clean, welcoming atmosphere, great people! Check it out! I don't trust anyone else with my hormones.
I met Mark in March of last year while visiting his gym. I was thoroughly impressed with this concept of working out. I have 2 torn rotator cuffs, been though a back and neck surgery. I also have torn ligaments in my right wrist. He put me through a 30 minute demonstration and I experienced no pain or strain. It is completely a de-compressive workout. Due to time constraints and yes, I'm lazy, I put off joining until December 19th.I am entering my 14th and absolutely love to workout. I actually look forward to each session. I usually dread dragging my butt to the gym. I have a much greater range of motion, less aches and pains in the morning and have experienced... read full review
