We are really glad to have found Quebec Highlands Animal Clinic.
Everyone - and I mean everyone - at your practice is awesome. What differentiates your practice vs others is that you care. The interactions are personal, the care is exceptional and not rushed or sterile.
You have an awesome, amazing group of people there - from the front desk to techs to doctors! Feeling welcomed, feeling like the team is invested in the well being of our animals together with us is what sets you apart from other practices.
I have been bringing my dogs here for the 24 years and have seen the changes that clinic has gone through. however the change is not with their care. As always, we get great care for our dog. We miss Dr. Bowman but we love Dr. Clow . the front office folks and the techs are also great. Thank you Quebec Highlands !! their compassionate care
The front staff, vet techs and Dr. Pei are all wonderful! So attentive, take their time and always respond quickly to calls/emails. Very attentive and easy to get a hold of. So thankful we found them!
