I have recently moved to the area. I was impressed by how kind everyone is here - from the receptionist to the vet tech to the vet. I have a 12 year old lab and he was carefully examined and I felt an appropriate amount of time was spent on our appointment. I am happy that I found this veterinarian office. I did not feel rushed and my questions were answered.
We were able to get in for a quick dog appointment. Really liked Dr. Pei for his candor and knowledge. He laid out the diagnosis and we agreed on a step by step approach. Staff was very nice and efficient. Vet Tech was great.
Fisrt visit as new customer for Quebec Highlands Animal Clinic and we are very satisfied with the Veterinary who spent enought time to do a check up on our dog and take the time to answer our questions and gave us some good tips and recommendations. Staff there are very Proffessional and Friendly, willing to support.
