Over the last couple of years, Alex has been our go to service guy for all our heating and A/C needs. He fixed our furnace yesterday, he was super busy with the cold snap, asked us questions over the phone to see if it was something we could fix, after realizing we couldn’t fix it, he came over the same day. Fixed our system quickly and gave us a very fair price. What we also appreciate is that he has never tried to sell us a new system like other repair men. He said we have plenty of life left in our system. Truly an honorable, hardworking man. We highly recommend him.
I’ve been using PS Cool Heat for years now for any issues I’ve ever had with my furnace, AC unit, or hot water heater. Alex has been great to work with and always seems to be able to show up and help me out on short notice. I can’t recommend him and his company enough.
