Everyone in Colorado, this is the "computer guy" we all have needed. They got my message, called 25 seconds after, no charge diagnoses, literally explained how to fix my pc step by step, sent me links to parts and was 100 upfront and "real ", especially when nobody at microcenter knows anything about pcs and hustles you for commission on incorrect parts or overpriced nonsense. He told me how it was with questions about all things pc and laptops with honesty. That's hard to find in this franchise/ commission only world at some pc stores and repair places.Hey buddy, you need to start charging for diagnoses.
