I went in for my annual eye exam. The staff were friendly and the doctor was great! But what really stood out was that, when I sat down at the desk to pay my bill, the consultant (Lance) asked me about my current pair of glasses. I'm not eligible for new frames yet, but my current frames have metal arms and were irritating the skin behind my ears. Lance took my glasses to one of the back rooms and found some plastic sleeve-like guards that fit on the arms. He spent a good 20 minutes getting them heated so that they would form to my glasses and stay put. I am a brand new patient, who works in healthcare, and was just blown away by the level of service I received on the phone with David. I haven’t even come in for an appointment yet, but if the level of service the providers give is parallel to the comfort, ease, and knowledge David met me with on my first phone call, I know I will be in excellent hands.
What a great office! The staff is so welcoming from the moment you walk in. Such sweet woman that work there. Brynn was so fun and Dr. Joy Hansen was determined to get my sight the best it can be. So very impressed and glad I found them.
