Wonderful massages. I struggle with a chronic pain condition, and a good firm massage is the most helpful thing I've found. I have a few masseuse at a few locations that I like. That way I can almost always get scheduled with someone I know will do a great job. Also, their membership is the best. No contract, month to month, and massages and facials are discounted ( all of them, not just 1 a month).
I’m a mom of 3, I work 2 jobs and I rarely get time for me. My husband scheduled me a facial and massage on Saturday for Mothers Day because I worked today. I was so excited because I never splurge on myself in this way.
When I walked in, I was treated like a Queen. The concierge, Izzy was incredibly friendly and was genuinely interested in our conversation. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy and she was so sweet. There was a beautiful set up for Mother’s Day with mimosas of different flavors, baked goods, candy, I mean this was so beautiful.

I was given a gift card for an introductory massage and facial. I couldn’t schedule at the same time, so opted for the facial first. Genevieve was my esthetician and was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. However, the front desk tactic completely ruined my experience. I asked if I could use the second half of my card for another facial instead of massage and they agreed, but told me I would pay almost double the price without being a member. I was told that if I didn’t sign up that day, the next time I would come I would pay $160 for the facial which was more than what was left on my card.
