I would highly recommend ACS, Absolute Computer Solutions if you're looking for an excellent computer repair business. I recently brought my neighbor to ACS when she expereinced issues with her computer. She received a diagnosis within 24 hours and her laptop was ready for pickup the next morning. The repair costs were very reasonable and her computer is working great now.

I was having issues with my custom built computer crashing and getting a BSOD. I trouble shooted tons of different things before deciding to bring it in to someone who actually knew what they were doing. They were very up front with the whole process and it took some effort on their part but they figured out it was the SSD malfunctioning. They charged me just for a new SSD and labor which ended up being a very reasonable price in my opinion. I haven't had any issues since and will bring it back for any problems in the future.

As a business owner, who knows the thing or two about computers I was at a loss. Even after speaking with Absolute Computer Solutions the situation remained an enigma within the OS to both of us. Regardless, they don't believe in problems, only solutions, and they found a work around. I was so very thankful as Microsoft system made my situation very difficult without any Microsoft support. Eric had software tools that provided a solution to my needs. Thanks for the wonderful support.
