My son encountered icy roads while traveling to Crested Butte- slid off the road and down an embankment. Police called Signal Peak towing to retrieve the car. I called Tom and he kept me updated as I live in Illinois. He picked up my son at a hotel and drove him to retrieve all his belongings. Even retrieved belongings that ended up at a different tow company. He was so helpful and kind. Went above and beyond!
