If I could give negative stars I would. I purchased a Kenmore refrigerator from a Sears Hometown in early December of 2022 and the evaporation fan failed in it by November of 2023. I called Sears to schedule a repair, free of charge, under the manufacture's warranty. I was told there were no technicians available in my area but I would be contacted as soon as there were 9No further explanation) and that, furthermore, since I called before the warranty expired, they would honor the warranty. Through all the holidays I had no refrigeration and received no call about scheduling the repair. I called today, January 2, to check back in, and was given an infuriating run... read full review
