Did a great job on replacing valve controller and also took care of two other problems at the same time. I do wish that the Taco controllers would last more than 10 years. Have now replaced two in the last year. Not Alpha’s fault.
Alpha Mechanical Solutions, LLC, has pretty much redeemed themselves. Usually it’s particularly difficult to get an accurate message through the scheduler to the technicians. However this time, I spoke with a different person at the office and she sent out a different team of techs. The team, led by Josh, and including Cameron and Cody, quickly diagnosed my heating problems and repaired them. They also repaired my 4-year-old hot water heater that Alpha had installed. Couldn’t have asked for more professional, personable service than their 3-person team provided.
