I am ETERNALLY grateful to Gunnison Towing. My family and I were traveling from Montrose to Colorado Springs for my "April fools birthday" and on the way back to Montrose and we stopped in Gunnison at McDonald's to let the kiddos go to the bathroom and my 7 month old boxer pup locked us out of the car (what a great birthday joke). I have three kids ages seven, four, and two. We were stranded in a small town where we knew no one and every single lock smith I called was either closed or their number was disconnected. I called the police dispatch and they told me they could break a window and that was not happening so I googled tow truck companies and the first one that came up was tried-and-true. He said he would be there in fifteen minutes and showed up earlier than stated. He was quick and efficient. My poor babies were in summerish clothing and our jackets were in the car. McDonald's was going to close soon so we would have been completely stranded as my phone was about to die as well. I was extremely appreciative of the promptness and friendliness. We have to keep local and small businesses alike, alive. What a more deserving company to support than one that answers the calls any hour and helps us in our time of need. Them helping our family is us helping their family in turn. I wish more people could remember that. It is nice to know that even though I live in Montrose I have someone I can count on in a time of need. Not many people can say that anymore. Thank you for making sure my babies and my beast of a dog were able to get home safely and I am able to get to work in the morning to provide for my family. I APPRECIATE YOU and your long nights and your devotion to 24 hours a day. No one better than Jaun and crew. This little shop is full of dedicated, knowledgeable, honest, (and fun) all around NICE people. Juan managed to squeeze us in the day after we called-he helped us so much, taught us even more (even though he is very busy). He still took the time to make us understand his reports and how to set up a good schedule to fix what we needed to fix now and when we needed to fix things later. We brought in our used car for a pre purchase inspection. He gave us a full overview and it was the best experience. You might have to wait for the work to be done, because staffing is short around this town, but some things are worth the wait and you don't want to just let anyone work on or check your car. The pricing was very fair and he took the time to look up everything and navigated these enormous online manuals to check and double check how he could even fix something that we had not agreed on fixing, to just help us out at the end of our visit. We will be back, and if you have to spend an extra day or so to make sure it's Jaun and his crew working on your car, then take a hike, ride a bike, play in the snow and wait, because it will be one thousand percent worth every penny and minute spent in this wonderful little shop.

I must say this hospital is a GOD SENT. The staff treated me with the best of care and with characteristics of disciples. I've been to many health facilities and this "ONE" is among the stars. The staff, Kyle, Lori, Soren, Dr. Sarah Kruger are part of the staff, I can't remember them all but I can attest to their kind care. At other vet clinics there may be one person that stands out and gives you the feeling that they genuinely care about every pet that visits but at critter sitters everyone gives you that feeling. It's not just their wealth of compassion for your animals, but they make you feel like a friend as well. I've never been upsold or paid more than I was expecting. They truly exemplify the colorful small town spirit of Gunnison!
Awesome people work here! They are very understanding of my dogs needs and ive never had a problem here, one time the groomer noticed a medical issue and pointed it out to me, which probably saved my dog some trouble
I was in town from Denver and thought I’d duck in for an eyebrow wax and tint. I ended up being so happy I did. At this point it’s a week later and my brows continue to look wonderful. The product and the process worked beautifully. Very impressed. I will definitely be back!
