Brandon and Zero Point Mortgage saved the day for us!! We had to switch lenders half way through our purchase process and we were a couple of days from thinking our only option was to back out of the deal. Brandon was able to QUICKLY get our documents pulled together, while also structuring the loan how we needed it, and we were able to close on time!
