I have a great experience on all levels of service from the installation to any maintenance they have done. They communicate with every step they are on if you want and just very friendly.
Premier has kept my furnace and air conditioning unit running efficiently. Logan signed us up for their monthly maintenance plan. He was straightforward and didn't try to up sale us. He cleaned our air conditioner and Prenier will return in the fall to clean the furnace. I feel good knowing my warranty will be good for 10 years.
Great experience from quote through install and into follow up. Professional, knowledgable, courteous, not pushy, clean, efficient and great prices. The value was spot-on. Definitely recommend Premier!
