Pinnacle Structural Services recently insulated our crawl space, replaced support columns and installed a vapor barrier after removing a dumpster full of trash, broken furnaces (plural) and debris that had accumulated over 70 years. They were very professional, communicative, remarkably efficient with the delivery and haul away of the dumpster and port-a-potty and overall, did an excellent job. What was a phenomenal disaster is now the tidiest place on our property! Recommended with no reservations.

I setup a free consultation with Pinnacle to assess foundation wall cracks and an uneven basement slab. Tony came out and walked through my house with me to look at everything. He explained in depth everything that we could see, and all the evidence that could have been present but wasn't. He concluded that we did not need their structural services. He did recommend engineers and concrete contractors to have a formal assessment done for peace of mind and to have a garage slab re-poured (due to normal settling). Pinnacle handled our foundation project perfectly! Every step was carefully managed and done to perfection!
