I needed to get the foundation repaired at my mom's house prior to selling it. I called several companies to come look at it and Pinnacle was the only one that could come out 2 days after I called. Matt with Pinnacle came out to look at my foundation. He was very professional, took lots of pictures to show me the problem areas and he answered all of my questions. One of the main things that attracted me to Pinnacle was the fact that I didn't have to come up with the full amount of the repair up front. Pinnacle just completed an interior foundation drainage system with new sump well and crawl space encapsulation. I took bids from the top three rated companies, (Thrasher and Groundwork being the other two). Matt Harper came out to do the initial inspection and bidding, he was very professional, knowledgeable and stayed until all my questions and concerns were answered, the visit never felt rushed. The very next morning I had a detailed plan and diagram with the bid in my email as promised. Their price was right in the middle of all the bids but Pinnacle was the only company willing to do the crawl space encapsulation because of the low clearance in that area of the cellar/basement....read full review
