The staff is professional and friendly. The experience is always great EXCEPT for the number of texts and emails reminding me of the appointment (I like being reminded once or twice but the number seemed excessive). I also do not understand why for the love of fax machines, our records cannot be saved so we don’t have to re enter every single detail of our contact information in triplicate each year. Please only ask “what has changed?”
