Super impressed. Ordered at 8:00 am on Valentine’s Day, and DTC Custom Floral had them delivered four hours later. My wife was very happy with the result, saying the presentation looked great. 100% will use them again next time. Thanks!
I first found DTC Floral because their sister shop greenwood floral delivers the most beautiful flowers every week to my work Club Greenwood. My boyfriend then started getting me flowers from DTC Floral which have been equally as beautiful. They have amazing customer service and very personable staff. I would highly recommended buying flowers from either shop!
I called to order flowers on a Saturday 7/25/2020 and Elias took the order. Great customer service and the arrangement was beautiful that I ordered. So glad I found this florist. I will be using them again. More companies need customer service like Elias.
