This was my first time getting a deep tissue massage. I was experiencing a lot of pain that i was not able to resolve with my usual routine of foam rolling, stretching, etc. Made an appointment for deep tissue massage as recommended by friends, and was able to get in that evening. Max performed the massage. I felt 100x better after the appointment. Max took time to explain my injury, and offered exercises to do at home to continue my recovery. I highly recommend them!
Jyoti’s approach was very effective in opening up my joints and loosening muscles that have been tight and kinked for a while. He helped me understand what was going on with my muscles, posture, and how I was holding my body while also showing me how to improve on all of those things. Highly recommended.
