1st Call Heating \\u0026 Air is my go to place for anything furnace and air conditioning related. Diane in the office is sweet and personable. Bill will get ya fixed right up while providing a detailed account of what the problem might be and tips for how to keep your appliances running great. At the end of the day, you’ll feel confident that your time and money was well spent… not like you’ve just been ripped off. ?
This may be the best experience we've ever had with a contractor and should be your 1st call. Bill came quickly, explained everything he did clearly. He is professional, knowledgeable and beyond nice. Fixed our problem with the furnace and charged a very fair price. He's been doing this for years and knows what he's doing.I'm sorry I didn't know about 1st call years ago.
After a previous great experience with Tristian maintaining my ancient furnace, I decided that I needed to add AC to my home. At the same time update to a new furnace. Bill and the office staff were very honest that 1st call is not an authorized XCEL installer, and would not be able to process xcel rebates. Referred me to Summit (I found to have untrustworthy sales practices). I ended up going with Coffman & company (there were many problems with Coffmans install). I truly appreciate Bill's honest & forthright approach to running this company. If I had to do it over again, I think I would have 1st call do the job.
