Very knowledgeable staff!
I needed a new fan motor for my AC unit and the person helping me (I think it was Jimmie) knew what brand my unit was just off of the old motor. He told me the differences between my old one and the new one and how to install it. He even put new connectors on the cords. He also gave me his card and told me if I had any questions to let him know and he would walk me through it.
My install went great and was done in less than an hour, mostly due to their help and instruction.

I came in looking for a capacitor for my AC condenser. VIP tested it to make sure that’s what I needed, and it tested fine. Helped me troubleshoot and narrowed down the right part and even explained to me how to swap it myself. Super helpful - thank you!

Excellent customer service. Had exactly what I needed, no BS. By far the best spot to get your appliance parts from. If you don't know a part name, snap a picture and they will tell ya what it is, how much it is, and if it's available right there or has to be ordered.
