A cashier recently helped me match an eyeliner when the one I wanted was out of stock. She went out of her way to match the hue and also made sure it was a cruelty free brand. Thanks!!
I spoke to Kinsley today and she was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel warm and welcomed and like a friend. She helped me pick out a bunch of new fun make up and helped with my skin routine. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and kind. I will travel back to this location just to speak to her!
I go to this Ulta often. I recently started to get my eyebrows done here and Taylor does great work. I also love how attentive the staff is. However, I am only giving 3 stars because over the holidays a manager really rubbed me the wrong way. I've heard that Ulta checks the bags of their staff when they come in and before they leave. However if this has to be done, it should be done away from the public. I witnessed a manager checking an employee's bag right near the front of the store.
