There are simply not enough adjectives to describe this team. They are hard-working, professional yet personal, and make themselves available at all times. The most recent home we purchased is the 4th or 5th that we have bought using the Baker Team. Each time, the experience has been wonderful. To us, the most obvious feature is their true teamwork. Seth and the team over at Sears are the best. I worked with Seth and team to sell my old home and purchase a new home. During the selling process, Seth did a great job of finding comp properties and getting our home on the market at a competitive price. Seth Baker did an excellent job guiding us thru the buying process. He made himself available to answer questions and facilitate getting inspections and repairs done in a timely fashion.Rhonda Towle kept us well informed on dates, addresses, times, and very useful information on closing and preparations for moving.We will be using Seth and his team in any future real estate dealings.
