Today is my B-Day, my fiance had flowers delivered, So disappointed!!!! The arrangement is sloppy the vase cheap. Thank you for Ruining my gift / surprise!!!! When I called about the flowers she was rude but willing 2 make another Arrangement. We'll see tomorrow

Incredible customer service! I live in Chicago and needed to get flowers to an elderly friend to cheer her up. The flowers we to be delivered on Friday but she was not answering her door or phone. Not only did their amazing employee named Miracle wait while I tried to phone her but she waited while I made several other calls to get in touch with someone local to check on my friend. Eventually we decided she should try again Saturday. Miracle went back Saturday and made sure I knew we friend received her flowers and described in a text how happy she was. Miracle knew I was concerned about my friend and went above and beyond to calm my nerves. I felt so satisfied and happy by the help they gave me. Thank you!!
