Sacred Space Yoga is absolutely life changing. A true hidden gem located in the heart of downtown Greeley. Krista has an incredible wealth of skills, training and knowledge that has already helped me greatly. LIFE CHANGING! I highly recommend Sacred Space Yoga and I'm so fortunate to be able learn from Krista.

I have attended several classes on different days at this studio. Each class has a different pace and focus, which adds a nice variety to the yoga practice. While each class might be different, the comfortable atmosphere and welcoming teachers remained consistent.Regardless of experience and fitness level, I find this studio to be a great place to practice yoga and get a great workout at the same time.

This studio is a welcoming space for practitioners of yoga at all levels. The owner and main teacher does a great job creating interesting classes at convenient times for her clients, and will even do private sessions and massages. Krista, the owner and main teacher, has worked through the pandemic to continue offering her classes both online on YouTube and Facebook Live and then starting last summer again in person. She will work with you to find the classes and routines that will work for you.
