So far this has been a much better experience than with our former rental company. From the beginning, my impression of Suzannah was very good. She was kind and caring on our first phone call when I mentioned what we were looking for. The only reason this is not 5 stars is that there is an extra $20 monthly fee for the online portal, disclosed once you are signing the lease. It could just be figured into the rent total like with other companies? This is a good company though and I bet they’ll make the fee more apparent in the future.

My first time using this property management company. To this point the staff has been extremely helpful and quick to respond. The paperwork and move in process was fast and efficient.

His House Property Managment did a great job at getting me into my new place right away. The entire process was super easy. Any maintenance issue is fixed right away. I highly recommend and have had nothing but positive experiences.
