I cannot thank you all enough! You stayed open late by 30 minutes on a week night to take care of my puppy! She ate a pill bottle and I was beside myself worried about if she ate any of the pills themselves. You all graciously stayed open and took her in 5 min after your closing time. You were kind and professional and comforting to me! We will be re establishing all of our pets care to this office. Thank you thank you thank you!

In my opinion, West Ridge Animal Hospital is pricing themselves out of business. It's too bad because they do offer a great service. You just need to have a fat pocket book to go there. Watch for add on services $$$$ that are not necessary!

I have to say that when I first took my dog here (only once), it wasn't my best experience. Long wait time, and pricing seemed high. With that said, this has been an amazing place to take my exotic animals. I have had two great experiences taking my snakes here. Just yesterday I took my boa in to get her checked out. I was in the door pretty quickly, seen by a tech after a few minutes, and then by Dr. Castaneda pretty quickly after that. This place also offers after hours, which I had to do since I work long hours during the day. Price wise for the exotic animal treatment and check-up was really great. I got two X-rays done and the physical examination, both costing less than I had expected. Every experience I have had there has had really friendly staff, and I haven't met a single grump there. It feels very down to earth. As many Vet places don't do exotic animal stuff, I feel lucky to have found a place that does, and does it well. I thought it was even better that Dr. Castaneda had a background working with the exact species of animal I brought in. I was truly impressed by her and those working with her! I would recommend this place to anyone needing an exotic animal looked at.
