In preparing our home for sale with ideal curb appeal, Chris Phelps pressure washed our concrete driveway and walkways. He did a great job and we are so pleased! Although initially it would have appeared the concrete was not all that dirty - wow! after he got done, it was so much lighter and brighter. We also were pleased that the washing agents he used to break down grime were all eco-friendly, so no harm to grass, plants, pets or humans.

Chris and crew have been such a pleasure to work with. They completely remodeled a rental property for me and delivered everything Chris promised on time and on budget. Chris is great at collaborating property owners, and able to think of of creative solutions when needed. He can fix or install just about anything. He shows up on time and cleans up after himself. He is in demand, so you may have to schedule out a bit, but he tries very hard to be available for projects that are more urgent.
