I took the day off because of technician was coming between 8:00 and 5:00 never showed up, I make $250 a day so I'm at a 250 and i can't receive a signal, no one from the company followed up to see how the repair went which didn't happen, really?
Unfortunate that 0 stars is not an option. This company’s business model is to not give you the service you paid for and then demand more money for an updated modem that will be the solution - then not show to install it! Half the time my internet could not be reconnected and I spent many hours talking to “associates” on chat. I am done.
Worst company we have ever dealt with. They made us wait over a week to have internet installed and then gave us a window of 8-5 that they would be there. They never came and then said they MIGHT be there between 6-7 with zero guarantee. If we weren't available after the 9 hour window that we were already given then it would be on us and they would cancel. What a nightmare. Do not use this internet service. Worse than Comcast.
