This company has sent 3 repair people to my house and none of them know the details when they show up. They have all contradicted the previous repair person. I have paid for a warranty on a 1 year old washer that is really nice but have waited 4 months on a repair and it’s still not fixed.

Do not purchase from this company I have had multiple issues with my Samsung Fridge, there warranty company product protection plus is a scam please google them if you don't believe me . Every supervisor in the place is a joke and it takes weeks to hear from them. I have had issues with my fridge for over halve a year. I have had techs in my home a total of 6 times. with a 7th scheduled, they will not replace my fridge. I have filed a a complaint on the BBB with them, and there is multiple already filed. 4000$ waste of my time, I have lost food and wages that exceed the price of all this. They were suppose to do the warranty work for another company on my dishwasher. It took 47 days of us calling to get them out to our house. THEN they told us they cannot reinstall the dishwasher to our cabinets for their store policy. I called and they asked for photos then blew me off. So far nothing is resolved. Good luck getting them to follow through with promises.
