Did my hair red highlights and wasn’t permanent hair dye it washed out in two washes and I called to get it fixed said she was sick and never returned my phone calls.

I tried numerous times but either the appointment was cancelled on her end or when I went to go for an appointment, surprise! She was not going to be there.

Horibble service. I had an appointment booked for my daughter and then she cancelled it without telling us anything. We called her asking why she cancelled it and when we could reschedule. She kept saying she would call us back but she never did. When we finally did book another appointment she cancelled it a day before we were supposed to go.
