“We take our puppy here, and the whole staff here is so gentle with her. She has never shrieked at a shot or getting her nails trimmed. They handle her with love and care. She's a tiny little thing, but she shows no fear when we're at the vet, so they must be doing something right. They're appoints are never too far out. They explain everything they do, and they recommend what they see fit for your pet. I would highly recommend bringing your animals to Banfield.“

“What a gem of a vet! I am so grateful to have found this team of thoughtful professionals. We had been road tripping across the west for two weeks when my 13-year old dog started having issues. When things didn’t improve, I called around town for help and they graciously fit us into their already crammed schedule before the upcoming holiday.Every step of the way, it was clear each team member was doing all they could to help us - from the initial booking call, to the check in, to Josh’s thorough intake, to the chat with the vet. We left feeling really cared for and appreciative.What really stood out was something quite small after the visit. We got back to where we were staying, and I was packing up the bag of canned food and meds we had got. I noticed that Josh had been so thoughtful - knowing we were on the road - as to add a little can cover. “The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is clear that my pets needs are their top priority. I highly recommend and will continue to use their services. My only issue is the candles that are burned in the waiting area. They are extremely strong. I would rather smell dirty wet dog.“
