I called Terminix and Jim came by that same day to do an inspection. He was very thorough in the way he explained the situation and our possible treatment plans. Jim is a genuinely kind person and wants the best for his customers. You can tell a difference between someone who doesn't know what they are talking about and someone like Jim who has been doing this for 33 years. Highly recommended!

Have bedbugs and they are trying to get rid of them. They have been back several times to deal with this issue and are going to return again. This is a major infestation we somehow got and they are being very diligent in this endeavor. I had posted something before about no warranty abd that was in error and I apologize to Owner Jim and his crew for that.

I have been meaning to write a review for some time. Terminix has been providing pest control for my apartment since I have lived here for almost four years. The primary technician has always been Daniel Miller. I have so appreciated having the same technician for all this time as well as someone who I know is so trustworthy and reliable. I appreciate you guys and all that you do to help keep our homes clear of pests.
