Our experience was timely and professional. Giovanni was unable to finish the job on his first try (as it was unsafe with the rain on our metal roof, good call). But we were promptly rescheduled and he had the work done within a week. I would definitely recommend.

Our fireplace insert hasn’t worked for years. We shopped all around town and in the big box stores for a new one. We quickly discovered we would be in over our heads if we attempted this DIY project. We ended up at Stove Depot and found exactly what we were looking for. Stove Depot has a large selection of inserts, among other fireplace related products. Abel was so great at hearing our needs/wants and respecting our budget while helping us select the perfect insert for our home. The crew also worked with our last minute decision (1 days notice) to add a hearth and raise the insert. They did a phenomenal job.
