Danielle makes magic happen! I have worked with her several times on listings ranging from $300k - $2M both for vacant and occupied staging! She is great with my clients, always understands the home and look we're hoping for and brings out the best in each home! I recently had her stage a home we had to remove from the market because we had tenants that were moving. We brought Danielle on to stage once the tenants had moved, to see if we could raise the list price a bit. My seller ended up with $40k+ increase in sales price!!!
