Update: It has been just over a year in my new Senergy home. There was only one item I needed to report in my one year warranty letter and it was primarily cosmetic: additional gutter downspout was added in two different colors. The customer service is still top notch and extremely helpful as I learn the details of my forever home. It is obvious they care about not just building a quality house but a home.
