Charles Norsby was very polite and courteous. Did a great job and in a timely manner. Roto ROOTER has always been helpful and has always made time to come and fix my water leaks. Will be the one I call when need water pipes mended. Joyce Blackburn
Manuel came to video my sewer line. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. He confirmed that my line was in decent shape all in all. He also explained alot about the CIPP process for my 4" pipe and about the epoxy process for the 3" pipe within the house. Fortunately neither is needed now. All good and thanks to Manuel.
The two technicians couldn't have been more pleasant and courteous. Explained everything they had to do to cleanout irrigation pipes. Gave both senior and vet discounts. Would use Roto-Rooter next time we have a cleanout of any type.
