We take our puppy here, and the whole staff here is so gentle with her. She has never shrieked at a shot or getting her nails trimmed. They handle her with love and care. She's a tiny little thing, but she shows no fear when we're at the vet, so they must be doing something right. They're appoints are never too far out. They explain everything they do, and they recommend what they see fit for your pet. I would highly recommend bringing your animals to Banfield.
Smooth check in, calm environment, tech was so calm and easygoing. Doctor spent extra time explaining the cold laser therapy and we spoke at length about holistic medicine, nutrition and food. We've been searching for holistic vet near GJ for 5 years and I'm so happy we found one!
So disappointed since Banfield has taken over. $36 for a follow-up. Charge was for taking off a bandage! Never ever have I been charged for a follow-up, especially for taking off a bandage! This is the problem with franchises ?
