From start to finish dealing with Pride Plumbing was AMAZING!!!! They are forthcoming with information, they care about their work and the services they provide, I just had them do a swamp cooler install and they were fantastic from start to finish. They replaced roof jack, redid my plenum, installed my new rooftop unit and hauled off my old nasty one, and did NOT try to rake me over the coals or perform unmentionable acts with my bank account. Most importantly, they returned my phone calls (which I have dealt with more local companies that couldn’t be bothered to even do that much… won’t put them on blast here, no matter how tempting that is). Pride Plumbing was the only company to offer next day service when my water heater went out. They arrived on time to the appointment, overcame some unanticipated problems and were done in just a few hours. Great people to work with. Would hire again.
