Timmy called prior to appointment which allowed me to clean some things up and get the dog in the backyard. Prices were reasonable and he was efficient along with his co-worker. Easy to talk to and cleaned up after finishing the job

My heater was not starting and it was only two years old so I called Peterson’s to see what the problem might be. I was surprised when I was able to get an appointment for the very next morning with it being the start of our cold season. Gabriel Kahn was the Service Specialist who responded. He called me to let me know he was on his way and arrived right on time for our appointment. Gabe was professional, efficient, and personable. Fortunately it was an easy fix this time, but he did recommend I vent my laundry room door where the furnace is at to avoid future issues. He gave me a quote and I will have Peterson’s handle the project after the first of the year. My...read full review
