Sylvia asked me questions about what my typical routine was, how long I liked to spend on my hair, etc. so she could cut it in a way that worked with my routine. As she was cutting and styling my hair, she walked me through the entire process and why she was doing certain things. I liked that Sylvia was gentle. I have a tender head and I wasn't uncomfortable at any point. Sylvia is great at what she does and made me feel comfortable and welcomed the entire time. I searched for a very long time for a place that had great customer service and that I loved my nails after I left. Fancy nails checks all the boxes for me. They remember me each time I'm in and they genuinely care about you as a person. They are so much gentler with your nails than any other place I have been. I just can't say enough good things!“

“I called Colorado Babe Cave after finding them online. I called to make an appointment to have a haircut and she was able to get me in the next day which was really nice. I worked with Sue and recieved a really great haircut. It was exactly what I asked for and she styled it super cute. I love it. My only complaint is online when booking a haircut the price is $40. I assumed the haircut would be that and didn't confirm that with Sue when I made the appointment with her. When she was finished my haircut was $65 plus I left a tip. The manicure lasted almost 2 weeks without chipping or popping up and I didn’t go easy on this manicure. I’m a climber and climbed multiple times and the manicure still looked amazing. Also, I am a nail peeler when it comes to gel (iykyk) and honestlt my nails looked really good for having gel on them for two weeks.
